At Xtrainkom, we are committed to providing high-quality training, consulting, and capacity-building services. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and value for money in every engagement. However, due to the nature of our services — many of which involve expert time, digital delivery, and bespoke consulting — our refund policy is outlined below:

1. Non-Refundable Services

All payments for digital courses, consultancy services, training programs, and advisory sessions are non-refundable once the service has commenced or access to training materials has been granted.

2. Cancellation Before Service Delivery

Clients who wish to cancel a service before delivery or access may request a refund within 48 hours of payment. If approved, the refund will be processed minus any administrative or processing fees.

3. Event or Training Cancellation by Xtrainkom

If Xtrainkom cancels or postpones a scheduled training or service for any reason, clients will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule or transfer the service to another date or equivalent program.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at [insert email address] within 7 days of your transaction, stating your reason and proof of payment. Each case will be reviewed individually.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
