Position: Partnership Manager (Male Preferable)

 

Requirements

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, project management, or business development.

Proven track record of securing and managing partnerships within a consulting or SME-focused environment.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools & CRM systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities & solutions.

High emotional intelligence with strong leadership and presentation skills.

Educational Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics/management, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage.
