Business Development Manager — TK Elevators and Escalators

Job Description:
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence for TK Elevators and Escalators.
- The ideal candidate will have a Strong background in technical B2B sales, a deep understanding Of mechanical or electro-mechanical systems, and a demonstrated ability to build client relationships and exceed sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base for TK Elevators and Escalators.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- promote TK Elevator solutions to developers, contractors, consultants, and facility managers.
- Generate reports as required and maintain ” actual vs. budget” sales performance data.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Eng./HND electrical/mechanical engineering is a must. 4-7 years Of proven experience in technical sales — preferably in elevators, escalators, industrial systems, or similar sectors.
- Familiarity with industrial or building systems (e.g., air compressors, HVAC, or lift systems) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
