Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant
A dynamic organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Group CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calendar management, strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency to enhance executive productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact in the office of the Group CEO to internal and external stakeholders which can include top-level executives, customers, board advisors, investors, government or regulatory officials, clients, and visitors
- Schedule and organize meetings, including venue bookings, international itineraries, and board meetings.
- Oversee complex calendar management and provide executive-level administrative support.
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing access to the CEO’s time and prioritizing tasks.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documents.
- Take minutes at key meetings and track follow-ups.
- Identify business process improvements and make actionable recommendations.
- Provide strategic support on business initiatives, risk analysis, and decision-making.
- Setting key performance indicators to measure and improve team performance.
- Providing hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.
- Minute taking for meetings.
- Providing direct support for the Group CEO and at times to the Senior Management team as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in executive administration, business operations, or strategic support
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentation tools, and business analysis.
