Job Title: Front Desk Officer
We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to manage front desk activities, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and a strong ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and data entry.
- Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor access.
- Keep records of office supplies and coordinate replenishments.
- Provide general information about the company to guests and clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a front desk officer, or in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
