Job Title: Front Desk Officer

We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to manage front desk activities, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and a strong ability to multitask.

 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and data entry.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor access.
  • Keep records of office supplies and coordinate replenishments.
  • Provide general information about the company to guests and clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a front desk officer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
