Job Description
Job Title: Full-Stack Developer
Our client develops and supports software and data solutions across a variety of industries. They want you to get ahead of the market and stay there. They offer a combination of plug and play products that can be integrated with existing systems and processes and can also be customized to client needs. Their capabilities extend to big data engineering and bespoke software development, solutions are available as both cloud-based and hosted.
What you will be doing:
- Work on diverse software solutions across multiple projects, including exciting financial projects such as big data analytics applications, a platform for a financial magazine, and back office systems.
- Use a wide range of technologies, including .Net Core, Java, Python, React, Angular, AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, often liaising directly with clients and taking ownership of deliverables.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial, but not required.
- Experience building ADF pipelines, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps, with hands-on experience with Azure, containerization (Docker), and orchestration.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in a collaborative team environment with a rigorous approach to unit/integration testing and comfortable collaborating with dedicated QA teams.
- Strong relational database design and performance tuning skills in PostgreSQL; experience with vector databases.
- Skilled in Azure DevOps pipelines, Terraform, and Git-driven workflows and experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with version control tools like GitHub and Bitbucket.
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Teams integrations would be beneficial.
