Job Description
Job Title: HR System Analyst
We’re looking for a hands-on, systems-minded HR Tech & Process Specialist to drive operational excellence within our People function. In this role, you’ll lead the design, automation, and continuous improvement of HR workflows—ensuring scalability, compliance, and a great employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop & optimize HR processes
Automate new workflows and upgrade existing ones to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- Own the full project lifecycle
Define scope, schedule, quality standards and risks for all HR-tech initiatives.
- Elicit & document requirements
Run workshops, stakeholder interviews, and customer-journey mapping (CJM) to produce clear business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Produce actionable artefacts
Create process maps, user stories, data models, test plans, and migration/run-book documentation.
- Configure HR systems hands-on
Set up roles, access controls, integrations, and automations using no-/low-code or native platform tools. - Ensure regulatory compliance
Information-security and employment-law requirements throughout the solution lifecycle. - Maintain knowledge & documentation
Keep living documentation up to date and transfer knowledge to support and operations teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience designing or re-engineering processes/products—including CustDev, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Track record of writing clear BRDs/FRDs for engineering teams
- Hands-on experience building or improving HR processes and workflow
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT and system-integration principles
- Experience working with sensitive or regulated data
- Technical aptitude and ability to automate workflows with no-/low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Make, Zapier)
Nice to have:
- Agile/Scrum exposure, HRIS/HCM configuration (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), data-analytics skills (SQL, dashboarding), and formal PM/BPM certifications.
