We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Finalize CPR classes by ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
- Issue certifications to participants promptly.
- Update and maintain CPR class listings in the system to reflect current and accurate information.
- General Data Entry
- Email Communication to Support
- Excel spreadsheet & CSV uploads
- CRM knowledge
Requirements
What We’re Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- CRM software navigation and data management
- General data entry accuracy and efficiency
- Professional email communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
